Grafton and Greenbrier
            Train Profiles
                Trains on the Grafton and Greenbrier are divided into three categories:  Terminal Local Trains, Terminal Manifest Trains, and Interdistrict Trains.  Terminal Local Trains service the many industries along the Grafton and Greenbrier.  Terminal Manifest Trains move between terminals on the Grafton and Greenbrier.  Interdistrict Trains runthrough terminals without being changed.  The following is the train profile that employees use to prepare for operations on the Grafton and Greenbrier.

            Trains Originating at SlatyFork, West Virginia
            Terminal Local Trains

            Beverly Man
             
            Train Frequency: Daily
            Train Consist: 1-2 Tank Cars
            3 Box Cars
            1-2 Empty pulpwood cars
            Train Assignment: Run to Beverly, exchange empties for loads at Tygart Pulp and Paper and Bevco Chemical and return to SlatyFork.

            Burdette Creek Shifter
             
            Train Frequency: As needed
            Train Consist: Empty coal cars as needed
            Empty wood chip cars as needed
            Empty box cars as needed
            Train Assignment: Run to Burdette Creek, exchange empties for loads at Coleman Coal and Coke and Greenbrier Lumber Company, and return to SlatyFork.
            Note:  May be combined with Couch Turnaround.

            Couch Turnaround (aka Couch Potato)
             
            Train Frequency: Daily
            Train Consist: 2 Covered Hoppers
            3 Box Cars
            2 Gondola Cars
            If run with Burdette Creek Shifter:
            Empty Pulp Wood Cars as needed
            Empty Box Cars as needed
            Empty Coal Cars if needed
            Train Assignment: Run to Couch, switch Couch Industrial Park and return.  If combined with Burdette Creek Shifter, switch Coleman Coal and Coke enroute to Couch and switch Greenbrier Lumber Company when returning from Couch.

            Trivett Shifter
             
            Train Frequency: Daily
            Train Consist 20 Empty Coal Cars
            Assignment: Run to Couch, exchange empties for load at Trivett Coal and return to SlatyFork.

            Corley Shifter
             
            Train Frequency: Daily
            Train Consist: 25 Empty Coal Cars
            Train Assignment: Run to Weaver Creek, exchange empties for loads at Corley Coal.  Return to SlatyFork.  At discretion of dispatcher and yardmaster, Corley Shifter may also deliver loads directly to Brown Power.

            Summit Shifter
             
            Train Frequency: As needed
            Train Consist: Empty Coal Cars as needed.
            Assignment: Run to Smith Summir, exchange empties for loads at Cheat River Mining.  Take any empties spotted at Old Main Spur and deliver to Cheat River Mining.  Return to Slaty Fork.

            Terminal Manifest Trains
            Hinton 94
             
            Train Frequency: Daily
            Train Consist: General Merchandise cars that are for Eastern Roads.
            Assignment: Train should depart southbound from SlatyFork no later than 11:30 pm.
            SO 96
             
            Train Frequency: Daily
            Train Consist: General Merchandise for Southern Ohio.
            Assignment: Train is a continuation of CV96 and departs southbound after any switch work at SlatyFork.
            Ripley 97
             
            Train Frequency: Daily
            Train Consist: Merchandise for Western Railroads.
            Assignment: Train should depart SlatyFork northbound no later than 10:30 pm. 
            B&O 351
             
            Train Frequency: As needed
            Train Consist: Any type of car.
            Assignment: Train runs northbound from SlatyFork with cars that are not time sensitive or cars that are deemed surplus by the SlatyFork yardmaster.  Train may make switching moves enroute.
            Trains Departing Elkton, West Virginia
            Terminal Manifest Trains
            Grafton 73
             
            Train Frequency: As needed
            Train Consist: Any type of car.
            Assignment: Runs northbound with cars that are not time sensitive or considered surplus.  Train may make set outs at industries.  Train becomes B&O351 at SlatyFork.

            SlatyFork 91
             
            Train Frequency: Daily
            Train Consist: General Merchandise cars for Western Roads.
            Assignment: Departs Elkton northbound by 9:00 pm. Becomes CV97 at SlatyFork.

             
             
            Interdistrict Trains
            Cleveland Jet (CJ55)
             
            Train Frequency: Daily
            Train Consist: Intermodal and auto racks..
            Assignment: Runs northbound from Elkton to North Yard.  Stops at SlatyFork for locomotive and bad order pickups or setouts.
            Grain 41
             
            Train Frequency: As needed
            Train Consist: Southern Ohio Black Diamond Grain Service cars.
            Assignment: Runs northbound from Elkton to North Yard.  Stops at SlatyFork for helpers and to make locomotive and bad order set outs and pickups.  Train is dedicated for Souther Ohio Black Diamond Grain Service cars.
            Trains Departing North Yard, West Virginia
            Terminal Local Trains
            At the discretion of the dispatcher, any Terminal Local Train that originates at SlatyFork may also originate at North Yard should manpower or equipment dictate.
            Terminal Manifest Trains

            CV 96
             
            Train Frequency: Daily
            Train Consist: Cars destined for SlatyFork or for the Southern Ohio. 
            Assignment: Train runs southbound to SlatyFork.

            B&O 350
             
            Train Frequency: Daily
            Train Consist: General Merchandise for Eastern Roads.
            Assignment: Runs south to SlatyFork.  Reclassified as H94 at SlatyFork.
            Interdistrict Trains
            Dixie Jet (DJ54)
             
            Train Frequency: Daily
            Train Consist: Intermodal and auto racks.
            Assignment: Runs southbound to Elkton.  Stops at SlatyFork for locomotive and bad order set outs and pickups only.
            Regular Extra Movements
            SlatyFork Helpers
             
            Train Frequency: As needed
            Train Consist: Two locomotives, preferrably six axle..
            Assignment: Assist trains from SlatyFork to Pipe Falls as required by timetable.
            Beverly Helpers
             
            Train Frequency: As needed
            Train Consist: Two locomotives, preferrably six axle.
            Assignment: Assist trains from Beverly to Smith Summit as required by timetable.
